Poquitos

Another review on Mexican Food and I hope you guys don't feed bored. Located in Capitol Hill just next to Quins, this place gets my attention. They have unique design that I feel pretty inviting, so I went to Poquitos and when I came they only have their happy hour menu. I think it was around 3 or 4 that's why it was really slow, barely have customer (working hour). Services are okay, little bit slow, I'm not crazy about their food at all (sorry). One thing I told my friend, this place has an interior design that will make you feel crowded even there's only 2 people inside the restaurant.

Guacamole

Fresh made, it's pretty good but I don't know if you think $4.5 is worth for that amount of guacamole. Btw, it's a free flow chips, I just put the guacamole on top so I don't need to take too much pictures :p

Salsa (Chipotle-garlic-onion & Serrano-cilantro-lime)

It's different from what I expect >_< I thought it's chunk of tomato things but my knowledge might be not broad enough about Mexican Food :S

Brisket
Painted Hills shredded steak, onion, cilantro, salsa roja

Al Pastor
Marinated Carlton Farms pork, pineapple, onion, cilantro, cooked in the traditional method.

I couldn't write much about this place but I don't really like the food. Nothing special and I don't feel it worth the money. I'm sorry, but once again this is based on my taste bud. Maybe they have good drinks tho :p

Musashi

MUSASHI! SASHIMI! SUSHI! OISHI! :D Hahaha, I have to claim this place as one of my favorite Japanese Restaurant. Especially their Chirasi Bowl, worth every penny. I do not suggest big group to come because the restaurant is relative small, so save this place for next time. Group 2 - 4 will be perfect, I think.

I also think that they are under new management, because the servant used to be Japanese but now is Korean. I found out this restaurant a little bit inconsistent lately, quality still good but the way they cut their fish is relatively different. It might not a big deal but for me it actually "change" the flavor or the yummy-ness :P

My loves:

Harusame Salad (If I'm not mistaken)

Cold, creamy but light, refreshing, good for starter :D

Chirasi Bowl

Regularly it comes out with Ebi but we always change the Ebi with Unagi because the Unagi is just lovely and warm. If you don't eat rice that much, just tell them to decreased the rice. I never able to finish their rice because it's just so much. I suggest you not to come too early because sometimes the fish is too cold.

Chirasi Sashimi

Sometimes if I feel like eating sashimi, I will just ask for their chirasi without rice. Personally I like the chirasi bowl, because the rice itself it's a really good complement for the sashimi. The rice is warm and has perfect tangy flavor. Everything is fresh and warm unagi. Don't forget to ask for their spicy sauce, it's not spicy (for me). Their spicy sauce seems like mixture between mayo, fish roe and sirachai? I don't know exactly but loving it :)

The other stuff that I've tried:
Beef Sukiyaki: it confused me because I thought it's sukiyaki, sukiyaki but it actually beef yakiniku. Not a big fans, only tried once and Central Market beef bowl is FTW.
Skewer: they have assorted skewer like, zuchini, chicken, beef, green onion, mushroom, etc. I have to say it's pretty good, nice twist if you don't feel like having sashimi.
Onigiri: they have couple type but I like the one with salmon inside :) It's nice and I like it with my skewer.
Miso Soup: just ordinary

Definitely coming back and going to miss this place so bad when I go back for good.

Teriyaki Time

Every students have their own stories. Teriyaki place actually reminds me of my community college. I used to go to North Seattle Community College (NSCC) and it seems the most convenient place after their cafetaria is Teriyaki Plus. However, I won't be talking about TP because I haven't their food for a while.

I went to Teriyaki Time at Greenwood area and my friend told me that when he went to Shoreline Community College (SCC). Students from there will often have their lunch at Teriyaki Time. So, since I don't know what to eat, I give a shot for this place.

Overall, I have to say this place is pretty clean, menu is easy because they have pictures and the lady at the cashier is friendly. Portion is also very generous :)

Beef Yakiniku with Chix Katsu - substitute rice with salad

Generous, generous, generous. Salad is good, beef teriyaki taste pretty good too. Not too sweet or salty and medium thick cut, so you can actually taste the beef. Chicken Katsu also good, the coating has flavor and good thing they don't cut it too thin.

Ramen/Udon

I forgot what is this but from the size of noodle this one supposed to call as Ramen. Unfortunately it's pretty blend, on the good side, they put lots of veggies. Might skip this one for another thing.

While I was there, I saw there was grandma having their yakisoba, mannn. Looking good and they served on hot plate, generous portion. Might be the right place for the hungry man. :D

The Other Coast Cafe

Sorry to say but for subway and quiznoss, I have to wave good bye this time. Not a sandwich type eater but I need to go back to The Other Coast Cafe this time. The Other Coast Cafe (TOCC) have two store that located one in Ballard area and one in Capitol Hill, next to Rosebud restaurant if you guys have been there and 2 doors away from Ayuthaya (Thailand Restaurant). The place itself it's clean and okay, I got nothing to complain about it.

Food are freshly made for you so be patient, it doesn't take too long cause i think it worth the wait :P So for my second time, I still get their ultimate sandwich, Rajun Cajun

Rajun Cajun

The perfect combination of Cajun-style turkey, Pepper Jack cheese, tomato, and onion with spicy salsa mayo. It's not spicy but the bread is so crispy, crispy not tough. Melting cheese and juicy. I feel the one the Ballard is slightly saltier than the one in Cap Hill. You might find this sandwich is a bit pricey since for the Rajun Cajun it's $9 for the 6". I never tried their other sandwich but I don't think I will intentionally order something else because I'm satisfied with this one :P

Good news about this place (especially from Cap Hill). They do delivery around the area with a minimum charge $15. Try their sandwich and just walk by to Yogurtland for dessert :P Sounds like a good plan?

Rancho Bravo

Heylow! It's been a while since I update my poor blog :S apologize apologize! Now I have a time, let me share my comida Mexicana fever! Chipotle, sounds familiar? Well, I won't make about them eventho I can eat Chipotle 2-3 times a week. Might not be the most authentic but I love the freshness and the convenience :)

So yesterday, HAPPY PRIDE DAY! I went to Broadway area to have sandwich (I will write next) and TACO! It was really pretty and I always like Broadway area. Restaurants all over and all are walking distance. Anyway, focusing on the restaurant, Rancho Bravo. It's located really close with Molly Moon and just next to Cal Anderson Park. I think it used to be KFC but they change into this lovely Mexican Restaurant.

When you get in to the restaurant, you will see simply fast food typical design (I think they don't change the interior design - which is totally fine). It was packed and takes a while to get your food. They will have Mexican soda on the bucket full of ice and couple type of chili that you can take by yourself.

Since I was kinda full, I only tried their Crispy Taco with Beef Tongue

Mannnn, it's crispy, it's fresh and the beef tongue is really tender and juicy. Mixed with the fresh squish lime juice with a hint of their chili, I'm coming back! Definitely going back to try more items. What I found a little bit confusing is their menu, sooo many things. Its hard to decide but i bet it will taste good.

Enjoy your taco on their outside seat with a bottle of soda, what a good life :D

Wing Central on the Ave

I went to Wing Central on the Ave on my last final on Spring Quarter. Spread my wings and celebrate my freedom, hohohoho. I never knew that they have this place because it's just located just infront of another chicken wing store, BBQ Chicken and I never realized so I guess this place is pretty new.

I personally not a big fans of chicken wing or when I eat it I won't eat the skin. Call me weird, it's okay. I never tried hooters, yes I never. I've only tried Wingdome and BBQ Chicken so there's not much comparison that I can write.

The place wise, I think this will be the PERFECT place to watch games because they have TV all over, big screen or small one special for people who sit on the wall. This place is a bit loud, considering all the TV, the down side of this place is the service. OMG, it takes us FOREVER just to make an order. Sorry to say, but I feel neglected and for the sake of this reason, I might not going back here.

Talking about the food, I have the Garlic Waffle Fries, two flavors wings (i forgot what flavors) and their Hell Wings, claimed as "World Hottest Wing"

Garlic Waffle Fries

Lovely! It's crispy and oily. I think they use fresh garlic so I really can taste it and lovin' it.

Wings

I don't want to say anything because I'm not a big fans of wings and no comparison so I will give 7 out of 10 for the wings and 10/10 for the fresh celery and compliment sauces.

Hell Wing - claimed as The World Hottest Wing

Hell yeah, it's freaking spicy! -_-" Different spicy than Asian spicy because this spiciness bit my tongue, I have to finish this wing really really slow and mix with other wing and waffle :P

Hana Restaurant

Good morning! Today I would like to make a review of one of my favorite Japanese Restaurant, Hana. Located in Broadway and really close with Rite Aid. Hana is a small nice Japanese Restaurant with all posters on the wall. While you were waiting for the food, it will be fun just to look around because sometimes the posters will be useful.

So, this actually what I just found out through the posters. FareStart organization will have Guest Cheft on the Waterfront on July 13. For further information, just simply click the picture below :)

Back to the restaurant. I've been here so many times and I still love their Katsu Curry Don. If you don't eat rice that much, I suggest you to tell the waiters to reduce the rice. I barely eat half of the rice because they give the rice so generously. They might cut the katsu too thin lately but still my favorite. The curry sauces is not over power, not type of super curry and salty but just good balance between the curry, chicken and rice.

Katsu Curry Don

I noticed, when I posted this Lunchbox special, some of my friends asked about this. Hana has their daily lunchbox, they served until 3 pm and they change their menu everyday. You will still get all the salad, roll and the inari. Almost forgotten, this lunchbox also comes with miso soup.

Lunchbox Special - Chicken Teriyaki

When we came, they have Chicken Teriyaki for the lunch special. You will get this huge + super fulfilling lunchbox for only $8.95 (I think). The Chicken Teriyaki itself tastes good as well, sweet and tender. The imitation crab salad, tamago, and their tofu is my fave as well. I think their tofu is soaked with some kind of sauces so it doesn't taste like regular tofu (but still it's tofu :P)

I don't suggest you to have their sushi, not because it's not fresh. It's just because you can get better sushi somewhere else. Their tempura udon also taste kinda blend, for me. You may try their Sukiyaki, it's not the best but I like it just for the sake of the convenient. The Salmon and katsudon also tasty. I might over rate this place just because this place is part of my memory but still, i would like you guys to try and see what you think :) Treat yourself after finals! Good luck :)

Chantanee Thai Restaurant

It's funny how different people have totally different taste bud. I personally not a sweet person, as in, I don't like eating savory food that have sweet after taste beside sweet and sour. I have to say that Chantanee might not be my favorite place to eat, but once again I just would like to remind readers that not everybody has same taste bud with me. My friends love this place and they don't like places that I like. Thehehehe...

Anyway, atmosphere wise this is a nice place for hang out and chill. Food taste kinda complex and sweet for me. If you are hot-a-hollic, five stars might taste nothing for you. At least I can't taste any spiciness for myself.

Crispy Garlic Chix

Pad See Ew

I believe they cook it with a very high heat fire which make this taste good :p

Heavenly Beef

It's kinda weird because i feel like this food more into Korean style. When I ate it, it actually feel fresh kinda floral-ly.

Tilapia - forgot the exact name

Liking the Chili :)

Duck Curry

Lyche! You will definitely find lychee in this curry, not too coconut milk-y. Expect chunk of ducks :)

I personally might not going back, just because it's kinda sweet for me and it's in Bellevue. But once again, I will let readers judge because I might be wrong :) Oooopps. Almost forgotten, they have vegetarian menu so do not worry for asking your vegetarian friend here. They might have vegetarian menu, right? :D

Marination Station

I have to say that I'm so outdated. I just knew that marination open their station, whereas i think they've opened the station for about a month ago. Anyway, let me introduce you with Marination. I actually not quite sure if i should name this restaurant as marination mobile because its a food truck and marination station because they have permanent place.

So, I've been to marination mobile and yes, they move everyday. If you are interested you can simply come to their station at Capitol Hill just above QFC and Chase Bank. Marination mobile itself are voted as America's Best Food truck. They served Korean Hawaiian food. Imagine spicy pork or kalbi on taco OR kimchi quesadilla. Sounds more like Mexican food for me but anyway. Interested? If you do, come by to Marination Station or simply find their truck.

Errr, I tried to take picture of their menu but it seems to small. So, pardon me :p Well, let me know if you want the bigger size or just simply go to their website :)

the menu

I like they way they have their menu. It's very simple and very direct with pictures next to it :) I've tried the taco long time ago and the sliders and YES it is very tasty.

I won't describe their food truck so let me try to describe their station. It's a small station but very clean and very bright. If you open their website and see there is a girl name Kamala, you might meet her in the station as well. They have high table surrounding and some table outside while you enjoy sunshine outside. It's just a very casual place with hearty foods.

Kimchi Fried Rice with Egg (duh?)

Talking about their Kimchi Fried Rice, it taste pretty good, if you need more protein, you can simply ask them to add meats or tofu. This time when i had the Kimchi Fried Rice, it was a lil bit hard but I think because they open earlier than they should open. Haha, it describes how people so impatient to have their food, right? :p

Definitely going back :) and for those who interested to try, please try their taco. I'm not a big fans of taco but their tacos are lovely!

O'Asian

I think Seattle has quite many Dimsum places, the only problem is to find the one with less crowd. I used to like going to Jade Garden or Top Gun but if I don't want to wait, I always go to O'Asian. I always get table whenever I came here, which i like. The atmosphere of this place is more like Asian fusion lounge type. You still served with Chinese auntie and uncle (don't worry). I have to say that the food wasn't bad at all. I love love love their chili. :p

The plating was kinda cute because everyone get different set of dishes. Wait, not a set but everything is different. Haha, different tea cups, different plates, the only thing that alike is their chopstick. I have to say that their quality food sometimes a little bit inconsistent. Last time I ate it was a little dry but for those who doesn't want to wait, give a shot for this place :) O, the only thing that I don't like from this place is, there's one auntie who keep asking us for her food. Other than that, this is just the right place.

Picture above are some foods that we ordered. Hakau are overloaded with the shrimp, Siomay is made with real meat, you know when you eat siomay with 75% of flour. I bet it won't make you happy. Chicken feet, yes it has been pedicured so no disgusting scene when you eat. :P

I've never tried their happy hour or do lounge (they have bar), but this place will also work as a meeting place or conference.

Happy Dimsum guys :P

Bedlam Coffee

Have you guys ever heard a game called "Monopoly Deal"? OMG, this is so much fun and I actually first played this game at Bedlam Coffee. However, I won't discuss about this game but one word: FUN wait, + 1 word: ADDICTING :D

Bedlam might be a good place for meeting because they actually have meeting room that fit up to 10 - 12 people? NO SMOKING PLEASE. What to eat here?

Cinnamon French Toast with peanut butter

Actually you can ask their toast with butter or without and as a side you can ask for peanut butter or other jams. This special toast (for me), eventho it's buttery *yes, it is*. When they first just serve you, it was crunchy, fluffy, sweet with a hint of cinnamon. When you put peanut butter on top, it adds everything. *slurp* I had their cookie before, but i forgot to take picture of it. I think it's homemade, texture was in a middle of chunky and soft but for me they have some smell on it.

They also have Nutella Latte which I think not too Nutella, you can find Nuttela Latte better than this place, I believe. Well, try their Lavender Mocha? It's unique :)

If you are looking somewhere new, this might be a new experience, moreover FREE WI-FI here :D

Ballet Restaurant

Happy Monday, guys! Back to school mood and I think so Seattle does, gloomy day.

Couple days ago, I went to Ballet Restaurant. It's not a ballet store where they served food but it's Vietnamese restaurant. I was thinking of going to Pho Tan at Broadway area but I was too lazy so I gave this a try. NO one were there when I came, except the owner.

Place, kinda shady and super quiet, menu wasn't too complicated (i guess). I didn't look through too much because I just want to have their pho. Their pho comes in 2 size, Small and Large and if you have the combo, it's the same price with the Large one. I don't know how big is the large since i ate there by myself.

P9 ? (basically with everything)

Not the best pho, but still edible. For me, the broth was a little salty but after I put all the green it taste better :) They served you pretty fast even not as fast as Pho Tan Brothers. They are generous with the meats and tendons. Some pho restaurant might just give you like 2 pieces of tendons and that's it. Beef quality? just so-so i guess, I don't know the exact reason. because only view people come or what.

Talking back about the menu, i think this might be a good options for vegetarian because they have some vegetarian options which i think really nice about this restaurant.

Thank you guys for reading my blog, stay warm and have a good day :)

Patty's Eggnest

Goodddd Morningggg :)

What a lovely today Seattle~ Shall we start with breakfast then? I went to Patty's Eggnest yesterday. They actually have 2 location, the origin one was in Mill Creek but unfortunately the closed now. So I went to this restaurant somewhere in the middle of Greenwood and Ballard. It's not exact Ballard it's kinda "Ballard way". Well, the easiest one to find this restaurant is they located in the same area with Greenwood/Ballard QFC (geez, sorry I got confused with the exact location -_-")

Anyway, Patty's Eggnest, they are: Winner of Seattle's Best Breakfast Award and Winner of the National Golden Egg Award. However it seems like people love their carbs instead of egg. I didn't try any of their egg dishes yesterday but only their famous Nutter Butter French Toast.

Before talking further about their food, I would like to briefly review about their place. Spacious and American Traditional Style, just next to the cashier, they have the "believe it or not" kind of stuff - flying tap water. They also have cute treasure box full with small toy. I took one of their handband. :P

Fresh Squish Orange Juice - not pasteurized

Super Fresh : lil bit sour but so goooddd. They come in 3 size, Small, Medium and Large. I got the Medium one, and picture with water in it will be the Large one. The Small one probably same height with the juice inside the glass or you will know when you first came in to the restaurant. They will served you with iced water and I believe that will be the small one.

Nutter Butter French Toast

This Toast comes with 2 sausages or 2 bacon and ACTUALLY it supposed to be 2x bigger than this. The lady just separated it into 2 plates I think since we told that we were going to share. I cut it a little so you guys can see the nutter butter in the middle. OH, you can add $2 extra for 2 egg, any style. We asked for pouch egg, unfortunately my friend's a little overcook so it more like soft boiled egg and mine almost perfect. Sorry for jumping all over, back to the bread. It's crunchy on the outside, not too sweet and the butter just perfect. You have to eat it with even bitsy whipped cream or it won't taste wonderful anymore :P I don't know if they make their whipped cream or buy it because it taste sweeter than usual whipped cream that I bought at grocery store.

Since I have pretty sensitive stomach, this food considered "lil greasy" for me and I can't really bare with it. So my suggestion is to have something savory like their omelet? And have the nutter butter for sharing together with your beloved one.

I'm coming back again to this place and going to try their omelets!

The Grill on Brodway

Before I review what I ate, I will let you to take a look of the picture and guess what is this...

I found this lovely dish at The Grill on Broadway or I just simply call it Broadway Grill. If you familiar with Broadway area, this restaurant located close to Urban Outfitters. Never been before, the restaurant look small from the outside but when I had the dish above, it actually pretty spacious. Passing by this often pretty often, moreover when I still took bus to school. During nice weather, they actually open their inner window (I don't know how to explain this well *sigh*). Basically when they drag up their window or door, become open space and you'd be able to enjoy the nice weather. Depending upon the weather, you will also be able to enjoy the sunshine by having table in their patio seating outside.

Since I didn't order anything beside this (yes, we went here purposely after dinner. so i think it's enough. WAIT or I ordered calamari? nvm). SOOOO, the picture above is actually Fresh Soft Baked Cookie with Vanilla Ice Cream on Heaven :P It took a while to get this because I think they made it right after you order it. I ordered the old fashioned cookie with dark chocolate chips, they actually have White Chocolate Macadamia but we thought it would be too sweet.

Overall, I had a good time here and their menu pretty interesting, I think I might come back for their Happy Hour tho :P

Last but not least, if anyone of you interested in trying this restaurant and not sure. Just buy their coupons, you will save 60% and I think when you don't like the restaurant it won't hurt :) Click here to buy the gift certificate: $10 value for $5 and $25 value for $10.

Standford's Restaurant & Bar

Yellow~ Welcoming myself back to my beloved long lost food blog. I think my smartphone is getting older and become not as smart as before, moreover it fell down so often. This is also the reason why I kinda become lazy in taking pictures. Everytime I took pictures and try upload it to facebook, my phone got reset automatically >_< I was thinking of using my itouch or real camera but I just don't have the feel in taking picture beside using my phone. SO apologize guys :) --- UNNECESSARY TO READ THIS PART.

Today, I just had happy hour at Standford's Restaurant & Bar that located in Northgate Mall area. Never been here before but my friend said it was ok, so I went there and give a try. We went there around 10ish when and their HAPPY HOUR starts at 9 - closed. Place was okay, I think I never been there because their location is kinda weird, at the corner and kinda shady.

Food? During Happy hour and for the price of $3 and $4, it's totally edible.

Mac & Cheese

Errr... I might call this as Mac & "not too" cheese. As you can see through the pictures, the mac & cheese looks somehow just boiled - al dente macaroni with little cheese and yes they have crunchy bacon. Not my favorite but if you want mac & cheese that not too cheesy, this will a great choice.

Cheese Burger

The only thing that I like from this burger is the bun, if you were from Indonesia just imagine "push cart style burger guy" (a.k.a burger abang2). The bun was kinda crunchy, soft and very airy. Patty? what do you expect for a $3.5 food? Fries? DO NOT TOUCH, sorry to say butttttttt just by looking at it, it looks super greasy and my friend tried a piece and he just told me "dont eat it"

Chicken Tenderloin

Not the best - enough said. It just a regular chicken stripe, greasy and i still didn't touch the fries.

If you guys are going to Standford, do you mind if you try the ribs and pizza for me? Hahaha, I saw people next to me having the ribs and it actually smell pretty good, the pizza is thin dough type. If one day I'm going back to Standford and try the pizza and the ribs I promise that I'm going to write review on it.

Have a good day, guys :)

Disaster in Japan

Guys, an 8.9-magnitude earthquake hit off the east coast of Japan early today. The quake -- one of the largest in recorded history -- triggered a 23-foot tsunami that battered Japan's coast, killing hundreds and sweeping away cars, homes, buildings, and boats. Spud Fish & Chips

Spud fish & chips, winner of 2010 Best Restaurant Awards, Historic Seattle Seafood Restaurant from Seattle Magazine. Small place at the corner, really close with ZoeYogurt and I love Hot Yoga in Green Lake area. I didn't plan to come but I was hungry (even after had the fro-yo), so I decided to try this restaurant. Very direct, once you get in, you will see the cashier and the fryer (as seen on the picture below).

A very blue place, blue apron :P, blue sign, blue table and chair but I hope you guys don't feel blue as well.
My one piece fish + tartar

It taste so-so (for me). Luckily the fish is pretty fresh, but I feel like eating flour more than the fish. The fish cut pretty thinly, they deep fried brand new, crunchy and perfect golden brown, not salty (like it) and they charged another $.25-$.50 for sauces. It cost me $5 for a piece of fish and the tartar. To be honest, I won't come back but if you like fish and chips, might just try it :) Different people have different taste bud, agree?

Zoe Yogurt

Who loves Frozen Yogurt? ME! ME! ME! Haha, I know it's silly but when Red Mango just first open, I can get the froyo like 3 times/week. As a fast learner, I also learn how to increased my tummy capacity. When I first had the froyo, I share the regular size then small for myself then I can get regular size for myself and just the next day ~ foila. Large for myself, off course with 3 toppings!

BTW I believe most of you familiar with Yogurtland, moreover people who live in CA. No worry Seattlite Yogurtland will be soon opening in Broadway, just next to Seattle Central Community College. Geez, why I'm writing about another fro-yo place when I supposed to review on ZOE YOGURT!

ZOE Yogurt, they just open in Green Lake Area, I post some pictures below:

12 flavors for you to choose

If you see on the right part, there's like small cup it's for sampling cup. There are sorbet as well

The toppings

If you like banana, and you can't find it. Do not worry because you just have to simply ask them. They just don't put the banana on the tray because as we know banana gets brown easily. On the right corner, they have hot fudge, hot marshmallow, caramel, honey and other sauces. Good job, Zoe

Tara!! 12 flavors with plenty of toppings

Haha, it's $.42/oz and I have no clue why I ended having 11.2 oz -_____-" I think I get the toppings more than the fro-yo. Hehe, toppings pretty fresh I have to say. Mango a little bit mushy, mochi pretty good, lil different from Red Mango. Overall, it's pretty good, they have pretty strong flavor but a little too sweet comparing Yogurtland. I might be wrong because it's been 3 months since I had Yogurtland.

Based on my tastebud, their acai is pretty sour. I won't tell you what to have, just try it :P My favorite toppings formula : graham crackers, raspberry, mochi, chocolate chip. NYUM or Mango, almond and kiwi. Oh well, just get it all! Have fun with your experiment :P

The Breakfast Club

I just realized that I have quite many "unpublished/un-reviewed" pictures. Since my friend was asking about The Breakfast Club picture, I just thought might as well just do the review :)

The Breakfast Club, locating in Lake City and within 3 minutes walking distance from Chase bank or just next to Thai One On. Unique and super american typical restaurant, all freshly cook by a lady and I think the husband is the waiter :P

This is the inside, there weren't any Indonesian around and I don't know if there were before. Old-fashioned and classic, surrounded by pictures. I think the owner put her daughter or grand daughter pictures. Keep track how the lil girl start growing up :)

The Hobo
Three large eggs, sausage, onions, peppers and potatoes scrambled together and topped with cheddar cheese

Three large eggs? Yes, the portion is HUGE. I can't finish it, it's wayyyyyy too much!

The Frisco
Bacon, zucchini, avocado, Swiss cheese and topped with our homemade hollandaise

Honestly, I don't really remember how does it taste since this is not mine as well. I don't think I really can taste the avocado tho. I know hollandaise should be sour but it's too tangy for my tastebud

Custom Omelette's

Hm, don't remember exactly but I believe there are spinach and sausage. I forgot the other ingredients, potato taste pretty good.

Short Stack (2 Big Cakes)

FRESH HOMEMADE PANCAKE. This is my favorite among other foods, hahaha. It's fluffy, way better than IHOP or Denny's or Shari's. Syrup isn't that sweet. Lovin' it.

The place is unique, feels so homey. They don't have the best parking spot but I believe you can figure that out. We don't get the best service ever but I don't really care. Feel free to come if you looking for something different :)
